The “CSE International Online Forum 2024” focuses on the theme of “Designing Sex Ed for Children” and will feature professional sex educators from Taiwan, the United States, Japan, and Hong Kong, who will share their methods and outcomes in the design of CSE curriculum.

全面性教育（Comprehensive Sexuality Education, CSE）是聯合國近年大力提倡的性教育模式，旨在透過提供未成年人全面、不歧視、有實證基礎、科學準確且適齡的性教育，促進其性健康及生育健康權，進而實現聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）。為符合此一國際趨勢，我國國家教育研究院已將全面性教育之概念納入十二年國教健康與體育領域課程手冊，並展開相關研究及課程內容研發。
Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) is a model of sex education strongly advocated by the United Nations in recent years. It aims to provide minors with comprehensive, non-discriminatory, evidence-based, scientifically accurate, and age-appropriate sexual education to promote sexual and reproductive health rights, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In response to this international trend, the National Institute of Education and Research in Taiwan has incorporated comprehensive sex education into the 12-year curriculum in the health and physical education field of public education and initiated the research and development of teaching materials.
包括的性教育（Comprehensive Sexuality Education, CSE）は、国連が近年強力に推進している性教育ガイダンスで、未成年者に包括的で、差別なく、実証に基づいた、科学的に正確で年齢に適した性教育を提供し、性と生殖に関する健康と権利を促進することを目的としています。これは国連の持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の達成を目指すものです。しかしながら日本政府は包括的性教育の推進に前向きではありません。教育現場では、制度的基盤の脆弱性や教員の多忙化の問題もあって、性教育がなかなか広がらない現状があります。それでもユネスコの「国際セクシュアリティガイダンス」が日本に紹介され、学校・家庭・社会教育における包括的性教育への関心が高まりつつあります。
