Diversity Korea 是一個推動多元教育培力的組織，他們的課程以活動和對話為核心，不是由講師單方面授課，而是希望參與者能彼此交流、互相學習。課程內容涵蓋多元身份與處境，例如種族、族群、宗教、語言、性別、性別認同、性傾向、家庭型態、身心障礙、疾病、外貌、體型、年齡、收入和教育程度等。當中強調的重要概念包括社會特權與壓迫，以及交織性與互動，因為沒有人會永遠屬於特權的一方，也沒有人會永遠只能處於被壓迫的位置。
Diversity Korea 也運用多元教育的內容和方法，發展性別平等教育與完整的性教育，目標是讓每個人都能成為自己生活各個面向的主人，無論是身體還是心理。
此外，他們也發起「Restroom for All」行動，挑戰既有空間規範與「正常」的觀念，主張無論身心障礙、疾病、年齡、性別認同等，每個人都應該能在任何地方安心使用公共廁所。
Diversity Korea is an organization that runs diversity training, which is an activity and dialogue-oriented education. It aims to avoid a single educator taking on the role of teaching and instead has the goal of all participants learning from each other. It deals with identities such as race, ethnicity, religion, language, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, forms of family, disability, disease, appearance, size, age, income, and education. Social privilege and oppression, intersectionality and interaction are important concepts, as no one is always in the privileged group and no one is always in the oppressed group.
Diversity Korea conducts gender equality education and comprehensive sexuality education using the content and methods of diversity training. The goal is to enable everyone to be the subject of all parts of their lives, including their own body and mind.
Diversity Korea is also running the “Restroon for All” campaign. It is for changing the perception of the rule space and normality, saying that everyone should be able to use the public restroom anywhere, regardless of disability, illness, age, gender identity, etc.
